About Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC)
Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) एक संवैधानिक संस्था है, जो राज्य में सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया को संचालित करती है। इसका गठन 04 April 1988 को भारत के संविधान के Article 315 के अंतर्गत किया गया था, जब Arunachal Pradesh को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा मिल चुका था।
Arunachal Pradesh पहले North-East Frontier Agency (NEFA) के नाम से जाना जाता था, जिसे Government of India Act 1935 के तहत संचालित किया जाता था। 1950 के बाद इसका प्रशासन Ministry of External Affairs के अधीन आ गया और बाद में 1965 में इसे Ministry of Home Affairs को सौंप दिया गया।
21 January 1972 को North Eastern Area Re-Organisation Act 1971 के तहत इसे Union Territory बनाया गया और इसका नाम Arunachal Pradesh रखा गया। इसके बाद 15 August 1975 को यहां Legislative Assembly और Council of Ministers की स्थापना हुई। अंततः 20 February 1987 को यह पूर्ण राज्य बना।
State बनने के बाद राज्य में एक स्वतंत्र भर्ती संस्था की आवश्यकता महसूस हुई, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप APPSC का गठन किया गया। Commission का मुख्य कार्य विभिन्न सरकारी पदों के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन करना, परीक्षाएं आयोजित करना और भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाना है।
आज APPSC में एक Chairman और चार Members होते हैं, और यह एक dedicated Secretariat के साथ कार्य करता है। Commission की कार्यप्रणाली Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulations 1988 के अनुसार संचालित होती है।
APPSC का मुख्यालय Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh में स्थित है और यह राज्य की प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।
