Important Rule (In-breeding Clause):

• NIT Sikkim से Ph.D. करने वाले candidates eligible नहीं होंगे

About NIT Sikkim (Organization Details)

National Institute of Technology Sikkim वर्तमान में Ravangla में अपने temporary campus से संचालित हो रहा है, जो प्राकृतिक सुंदरता और basic सुविधाओं से भरपूर है। यह campus Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Ravangla के पास स्थित है और आसपास banking, postal और healthcare जैसी सुविधाएं आसानी से उपलब्ध हैं, जिससे students और faculty को daily life में कोई परेशानी नहीं होती।

यह campus भले ही temporary हो, लेकिन इसमें रहने और पढ़ाई के लिए अच्छी infrastructure facilities उपलब्ध हैं। State Bank of India branch, post office (speed post facility के साथ) और एक army hospital लगभग 2.5 km की दूरी पर स्थित हैं। इसके अलावा Ravangla में एक health centre भी उपलब्ध है, जिससे emergency medical support आसानी से मिल जाता है।

NIT Sikkim campus में कुल 16 तीन-मंजिला (three-storied) blocks हैं, जिनमें हर block में 6 flats (2-bedroom apartments) हैं। कुल मिलाकर 96 apartments उपलब्ध हैं, जिन्हें निम्न प्रकार से उपयोग किया जाता है:
